Seabird

Well three times to Seabird and delinquent in posting. First, every time it was super!! We have tried so many items from their awesome menu I’m sure I will forget some. Number one the oysters of every variety, all good. The Rockefeller version of super special note. The best!! Broiled hollandaise with crab on fried oyster was really a taste adventure. Habanero sorghum pork ribs were succulent and just the right amount of kick. On one of our visits we indulged in the Seafood Tower. Really some of everything and shared with three of us was a feast!!! Special note if they have it (seasonal) the smoked tuna with harissa aioli was a mouthwatering delight. Pickled speckled sea trout added another super unique flavor to this cornucopia of seafood delights. Finally, for sweetness the Brownie Trifle and Spiced olive oil cake were both worth the calories!! Absolutely recommend this restaurant with the note of not an inexpensive night! Also, Leslie and Wendy said the Vodka Gimlets and GL Wonderwall wine were perfect. Special occasion in every respect!
